Instructions

1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
2. Use the CB-106 #6 Script Liner brush and SC-15 Tuxedo to fill in the detail lines of the windows, door, and roof line. Wipe away any glaze that is not in the lines.
3. Use the same brush loaded with SC-6 Sunkissed and apply 1 coat to the windows.
4. Use the same brush to apply 3 coats of the following glazes to the doors. EL-128 Wheat to the large house, EL-130 Sea Green to the medium, and EL-132 Rust Red to the small house. 
5. Using the CB-604 #4 Soft Fan brush, apply 3 coats of the Elements colors to the pieces (refer to picture for placement). Allow glaze to lose its shine between coats.On the 3rd coat, apply a lighter application of crystals near the bottom of the vessel.This is to allow room for the crystals to move without dripping and sticking to the kiln shelf. You will also do this for the roof line to be sure it does not run onto the bottom portion of the house and mixing the two colors.
6. For the small house you will use EL-130 Sea Green for the bottom of the house. For the roof you will apply one coat of EL-204 Glowing Embers then two coats of EL-207 Gold Mine.
7. For the Medium house you will use EL-128 Wheat for the bottom of the house. For the roof you will use EL-204 Glowing Embers.
8. For the large house you will use EL-118 Blue Grotto for the bottom of the house. You will use EL-209 Night Sky for the roof.
9. Once again be sure there are no crystals near the bottom of the houses.
10. Fire to cone 06.
