Instructions

  1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
  2. Place the pattern on top of AC-230 Clay Carbon Paper onto the bisque. Outline the pattern with pen or pencil.
  3. Place the SL-447 Fence Stencil on the clipboard. Using the Foam roller, gently apply SC-97 Cant-elope gently over the stencil. Continue to add on to the rolled stencil to cover the clipboard with the design. Tip: Hold the tip of the roller to apply the color to keep the glaze from bleeding under the stencil.
  4. Cut out the shape of the pineapple pattern and place over the penciled pattern on the clip board to mask. Slightly move the stencil to the right. Use the Foam Roller to gently apply SC-15 Tuxedo over the same stencil for a 3D effect.
  5. Use the CB-106 #6 Script Liner to apply two coats of SC-5 Tiger Tail to the lower triangle shape and SC-42 Butter Me Up to the remaining triangle shape.
  6. Apply two coats of SC-26 Green Thumb, SC-8 Just Froggy, and a mix of SC-26 Green Thumb and SC-42 Butter Me Up to the leaves. Vary the greens so they are separated by color.
  7. Use the CB-110 #10/0 Liner and SC-15 Tuxedo to outline triangles, leaves and pineapple.
  8. Use the #6 Script Liner to apply one coat of SC-15 Tuxedo to the edges of the clipboard.
  9. Dip in NT-CLR.
  10. Stilt and fire to cone 05/06.
  11. After the Clipboard has cooled, use epoxy to glue on the clip following the directions on the package or refer to 'Clipboard - Attaching the clip' video on the Mayco YouTube channelhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-E3Qb6SQrWE.
