Instructions

  1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
  2. Treat two paper doilies together as one because it will give it more strength. Spray front and back of the doily and also spray the plate front and backwith flat black spray paint. Let dry.
  3. Place the doily on a foam plate and use AB-902 #2 Stiff Fan brush to apply 1 coat of MM-106 Steel Metallic to the doily. Allow to dry.
  4. Apply a 2nd coat of MM-106 Steel Metallic then brush or drizzle on MM-102 Copper Metallic in small random areas. While the MM-106 Steel Metallic and the MM-102 Copper Metallic are still wet/damp, spritz the doily with MM-202 Green Patina.
  5. The project must be totaly dry before mounting onto the plate.
  6. Use the spray adhesive on the back of the doily and attach to the plate. Allow to dry.
  7. To seal the project, using a AB-834 3/4" Base Coat brush, apply 2 coats of AC-502 Matte Brush-on Sealer.
