Create a Blue Hair Lady Eye Plate & Mug with Stroke & Coats and Foundations.

1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque.  Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
2. Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 thinned coats of SC-20 Cashew Later to the flesh areas of the plate.
3. Float thinned SC-41 Brown Cow around the neck.
4. Apply 2 thinned coats of SC-2 Melon-Choly to the cheeks.
5. With a pencil, sketch in the lips.
6. Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner, apply 2 coats of SC-74 Hot Tamale to the lips. Add a touch of SC-16 Cotton Tail to the brush with the SC-74  Hot Tamale to highlight the lips.
7. Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner, stroke in the hair, top to bottom with 2 thinned coats of SC-31 The Blues tipped in to SC-16 Cotton Tail, (refer to the photo).
8. Float SC-13 Grapel around the eyes
9. Using a CB-202 #2 Detail Liner, apply 2 coats of SC-16 Cotton Tail to the eye area. Apply 2 thinned coats of SC-31 The Blues to the iris of the eye. Apply 1–2 coats of SC-15 Tuxedo to the pupil of the eye. Add a highlight of SC-16 Cotton Tail.
10. Using a CB-110 #10/0 Liner, outline the eye and detail the hair, eye lashes, mouth with SC-15 Tuxedo.
11. Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 - 3 coats of FN-009 Black to the back of the plate and inside the mug.  Allow to dry.
12. Optional: Can be dipped in clear glaze. Allow to dry.
13. Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06.
