Instructions
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 3 coats of FN-001 White to the inside of the bowl. Allow to dry.
- Using the AC-213 Sponge on a Stick, load the sponge with SC-15 Tuxedo. Tap the SC-15 Tuxedo onto the ST-111 Four Flowers Stamp then press the stamp gently onto the piece no more than two flowers at a time, filling in the inside of the bowl. Tap single flowers to fill in the remaining spaces, even if only a portion of the flower is shown. Take care not to overlap onto the previously stamped flowers. Paper can be used to mask off the stamped work.
- To fill in the even smaller spaces use the small pattern from ST-100 Game Board Stamp with SC-15 Tuxedo. Allow to dry.
- Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner and one stroke of color for each petal, paint the flowers the following various colors: SC-82 Tucson Red, SC-84 Dee John, SC-27 Sour Apple, and SC-24 Dandelion. Use SC-39 Army Surplus for some centers.
- Thin SC-41 Brown Cow and float color, using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner, onto the background of the flower, staying in the square shape. Use SC-39 Army Surplus for some backgrounds.
- Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 3 coats of FN-015 Tucson Red to the back of the bowl. Allow to dry.
- Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06.
