- Using a Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of FN-001 White to the top of the plate.
- Cut out the owl with out the feet then cut the wings and head from the breast. After the FN-001 White has dried to the touch, place the cut out owl in position on the plate (all the pieces) with a Soft Fan, brush under with some water then press to the plate. Press a paper towel over to absorb excess water.
- Using a Soft Fan, apply 2-3 coats of SC-88 Tu Tu Tango to the background of the plate. Allow to dry.
- Using the AC-213 Sponge on a Stick load the sponge with SC-74 Hot Tamale. Tap the SC-74 Hot Tamale onto the ST-341 Leaves Stamp then press the stamp gently onto the plate.
- Remove the paper from the breast area only.
- Stamp the breast with the ST-113 Circulate Stamp using SC-15 Tuxedo, applying with the sponge-on-a-stick.
- Remove the wings and the head paper.
- Using a Script Liner, apply 2-3 coasts of SC-91 Seabreeze to the wings and ears, and to some of the circle pattern in the breast.
- Apply the wing feathers to the wing with SC-9 Jaded by pressing and lifting the end of a Dagger Brush.
- Punch out some paper dots for the eyes and cheeks, set in place with a little water, cut out the triangle for the nose, set in place.
- Using a Script Liner, apply 2 coats of SC-15 Tuxedo to the head. Remove the paper.
- Using a Liner, apply 1 coat of SC-88 Tu Tu Tango to the cheeks and 1 coat of SC-17 Cheeky Pinky, dot the center of the eyes and detail the nose and feet with SC-15 Tuxedo.
