Trending Colors for Spring

Indigo is hot this spring! Pair it with Taupe, or Ivory and even add a splash of Aqua and you have a recipe for cool spring colors. From bicycles and furniture to serving bowls and home decor, you’ll see these colors popping up in stores and homes across the country.
In ceramics we are also seeing indigo being paired with vibrant reds, lime greens and yellows to create a different which exudes inspiration and a desire for colorful self-expression. Distressed looks are popular and can be created by applying color then wiping off or scratching with a dry sponge. Mix in neutrals for a nautical look.
In craft we’re seeing denim canvases and denim covered charger plates, ribbon and old jeans turned into bags. Paired with cork and burlap, these rustic yet modern colors and textures are making a statement across the board in design and decoration.
